What is Mzansi Court Q?
Mzansi Court Q is the club management app that will replace our current system. Many members already know it from social play, and more recently from the lighting controls. We are now expanding it to support the full club experience — from court bookings and account balances to events, coaching, tuckshop payments and committee administration.
Getting Started
- Log in: Go to https://eldoraigne.courtq.co.za.
- First-time password: On the login page, choose Forgot password? Request a temporary one and enter your email address. A temporary password valid for 24 hours will be emailed to you. Sign in with it and set your own password.
- If nothing arrives: Contact the committee so we can check your email address and help you get access.
- Save it to your phone: Visit https://eldoraigne.courtq.co.za/help for a step-by-step setup guide.
- In-person help: Committee members will assist members at Wednesday and Saturday socials.
What is a PWA?
Mzansi Court Q is a Progressive Web App, or PWA. You do not need to download it from an app store. It runs in your browser, can be saved to your phone's home screen, uses very little storage and updates automatically.

Top 10 Feature Highlights
These are the most useful changes members will notice first. Some are already live, and others will become part of the full transition.
1 Ace Tennyson — our WhatsApp assistant
Chat to Ace on 066 049 2460 for general questions, bookings, account checks, tuckshop payment links and more than 40 other functions. Ace also speaks Afrikaans. He is still learning, but the goal is for him to be very accurate by August.
2 WhatsApp updates
Receive results, news and event updates directly on WhatsApp. If you prefer fewer messages, reply STOP to opt out of general communications. Verification messages and important tuckshop payment reminders will still be sent. Reply JOIN to opt back in.
3 Tuckshop and point-of-sale payments
Pay tuckshop accounts through the app using Yoco or your E-Wallet balance. Purchases can also generate itemised receipts by email and WhatsApp.
4 Improved E-Wallet
Use your wallet for guest fees, lighting and tuckshop purchases. You can also transfer funds or lighting minutes to family members or other players.
5 More flexible membership payments
The app supports card updates, EFT payments, E-Wallet payments, annual payment splits and non-recurring payment options. Some payment term changes are still subject to AGM approval.
6 Social play management
The familiar social play tools will continue, including fair player assignment and PA system support.
7 Badges and gamification
Members can earn 52 achievement badges, see how rare each badge is, and track progress towards the next one.
8 Coaching Academy
Request or reschedule lessons, join recurring group programmes, buy lesson packages, view coach notes, rate lessons and request racquet restringing.
9 Committee Admin Portal
The committee gets one back-office for subscriptions, billing, analytics, approvals, duty rosters, block bookings, smart devices, POS administration and financial reconciliation.
10 Gate access from your phone
Open the club gate from the app. You can also long-press the app icon on your home screen for a quick Open Gate shortcut. This is already live and also supports future Pay2Play access.
Core Club Management
Court Bookings
- Book courts in real time from your phone or computer.
- See hourly weather, sunrise and sunset information inside each time slot.
- Get a warning if you book a court without working floodlights after dark.
- Move an existing booking to a new court, day or time without cancelling and starting again.
- Use Notify Me when a slot is full. If it opens up, the app can alert you.
- Use Find a Game to challenge another member and book the court once they accept.
Membership and Family Management
- Keep family members linked under the correct primary account holder.
- View balances, status, renewals and a 90-day spending history in My Account.
- Manage reminders, receipts, package changes and arrears from one place.
- Switch auto-renew on or off where the membership rules allow it.
Social Play and Pickup Groups
- Turn a regular group chat into a weekly pickup game with a set day, time and court.
- Let the app poll the group, manage reserves and keep the booking organised.
- Log scores in the group chat and keep a running group standings table.
- Run simple food or braai polls alongside the game reminder.
Scores and Rankings
- Enter match scores and follow the club ladders.
- React to recent results from your dashboard and see who else reacted.
League and Tournament Management
- Enter leagues and tournaments online, with entry fees paid upfront where applicable.
- Support proper draws, including Single Elimination, Double Elimination and Round Robin.
- Tell the system when you cannot play so scheduling can work around your availability.
- View your own match schedule, live standings and career trophy cabinet.
- Challenge a higher seed through WhatsApp when seed challenges are available.
- Receive prize money directly into your E-Wallet where a tournament uses prize payouts.
Classifieds, News and Events
- Follow club news, upcoming socials, events and member classifieds.
- RSVP for events, choose your discipline, confirm partners and pay entry fees upfront.
- Post Marketplace adverts and share them to club WhatsApp groups.
- Give sponsors a proper feed so they receive better visibility.
Lighting
- Switch court lights on from your phone and see your prepaid balance before you confirm.
- Hand lights over to the next member without switching them off.
- Redeem old paper lighting tokens for app minutes.
- View lighting top-ups, usage history, auto-off settings and confirmation checks.
Safety and Support
- Use the emergency button in the Member Portal for Panic, Fire or Medical alerts to the committee.
- Add up to three emergency contacts on your profile. These are visible to the committee only.
- Report maintenance issues, billing questions or rule concerns.
- Rule-infringement reports are anonymous. Your name is not stored against the report or shown to the committee.
Privacy and Communication Choices
- Choose what appears on your player profile.
- Blur your name on game history, leaderboards and achievement standings.
- Switch off WhatsApp notifications for booking activity if you prefer fewer alerts. Verification messages will still be sent.

View member billing, payment history, households and contact details in one place.

Track bookings, coaching activity, membership movement and revenue over useful reporting periods.
Pending approvals
Manage membership changes, wallet transfers, deposit refunds, failed payments, flagged chats and share requests from one queue.
Duty roster
Generate fair rosters, manage swaps, exclude holiday periods and send WhatsApp reminders.
Block bookings
Reserve courts for socials, leagues, coaching, junior club, maintenance and other recurring club activities.
Smart devices
Manage smart relays for floodlights, geysers and outside or security lights, with schedules, audit trails and usage reporting.
Birthdays
Prepare and send an editable monthly birthday post to a selected club WhatsApp group.
POS back-office
